General Guidelines
- Registration in the Conference is a Prerequisite for participating in the Scientific Papers/Posters Presentation/Table Clinic and is open for all the Post Graduate Students of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge.
- Once you have filled the registration form, you will be provided with a Registration ID.
- While uploading the abstract, you will be required to fill in your Registration ID.
- Each registered participant is allowed to participate in either Scientific Paper, Poster or Table Clinic Presentation.
- Copyright of the abstracts will be with the organization. Abstracts will be published as part of conference proceedings.
- Last date of submission of abstract for Paper, Poster, Table Clinic- 27th April 2024.
Last date of final submission of poster and paper presentations- 27th April 2024.

Guidelines for Paper Presentation
- 1-3 participants per entry.
- Presented papers can fall under the categories of Original Research, Case Report, Case Series, and Review Article.
- Structured Abstracts are mandatory.
- The abstract headings should be as follows: Title, Affiliations, Introduction, Abstract.
- Abstracts must adhere to a 250-word limit and must be sent in the application on the conference's website.
- Paper presentations must be created using MS PowerPoint 2016 or a newer version.
- The First Slide of the PowerPoint Presentation must have the Name of the Topic and the Registration ID of the Presenter.
- The allotted time for Paper Presentation is 8 minutes, followed by a 2-minute discussion period.
- The Final Date for Abstract Submission is 27th April 2024.
- The Final Date for submission of the PowerPoint Presentation is 27th April 2024.
- The file size upload limit is 10 MB.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
- 1-2 participants allowed per poster entry.
- Structured Abstracts are mandatory.
- The abstract headings should be as follows: Title, Affiliations, Introduction, Abstract.
- Abstracts must adhere to a 250-word limit and must be sent in the provided on the application conference's website.
- Exclusively submit E-posters in PPT format, ensuring a 16:9 aspect ratio in landscape mode and a single slide.
- Ensure the poster is devoid of any mention of the presenter's name, guide's name, or institution.
- Remember to include the Registration ID at the top right corner.
- Participants of the selected poster will be required to present it before the jury for a duration of 3 minutes, followed by a 2-minute discussion.
- The Final Date for Abstract Submission is 27th April 2024.
- The Final Date for the Final Poster in PPTX Format is 27th April 2024.
- The decision of the scientific committee is conclusive and final.
- The file size upload limit is 10 MB.
Guidelines for Table Clinic
- 1-4 participants allowed per table clinic entry.
- Structured Abstracts are mandatory.
- The abstract headings should be as follows: Title, Affiliations, Keywords, Introduction, Abstract, Conclusion.
- Abstracts must adhere to a 250-word limit and must be sent in the provided application link on the conference's website.
- The Final Date for Abstract Submission is 27th April 2024.
- Presenters will get a maximum of 8 minutes to explain their work followed by a discussion for 2 minutes.
- One table shall be provided for the display.
- Power extension cords students should bring their own if required.
- Presenters are requested to get their own materials; no materials will be provided.
